Franchise
We have launched a mode of franchised operation and nine franchising projects will be completed by the end of 2007, which will produce a total of 1500 guest rooms.
Management
Currently we are managing three hotels: the Interlaken OCT Hotel Shenzhen, Seaview O•City Hotel Shenzhen and City Inn Daya Bay.
The titles of hotels under our management belong to third-party owners. We will appoint senior management, like the positions of general managers and financial directors, to manage the hotels while retaining employees of third-party owners. Our management agreement will ensure the quality of hotel management and level of service.
The management fee is composed of basic management fee and rewarding management fee.
The basic management fee varies depending on brands and the rewarding management fee will be drawn from the business profit. The standard contract will specify that 5-10% of total business profit or other negotiated profit will be the rewarding management fee.
Lease
We have obtained by means of lease the right to operate 14 hotels, including City Inns in Shenzhen, Beijing, Guangzhou, Foshan, Shunde, Huizhou, Zhongshan and Humen, with a total of over 2000 guest rooms. |
