2) Any application fees?
Only guests who stay in our hotel could join our OHR plan with no application fee.

3)Any annual fees?
For bringing our OHR members more benefits and convenient, there is no annual fee for the OHR plan.

4) How many types of memberships do we have?
There are 3 types of memberships of OHR:
1. VIP members
2. Golden VIP members
3. Corporation Members.

5) How do I reserve a room?
1. Call our toll free number 4006309996 for reservation.
2. Book your reservation at our hotel front desks.
3. Visit our website www.octhotels.com to make your reservation online.

6) Which brands of the OCT hotels can our members enjoy their benefits at?
1. All branches of City Inn.
2. Four-star Seaview O•City Hotel Shenzhen
3. Five-star Interlaken OCT Hotel Shenzhen
4. Our Golden VIP members could also enjoy the benefits offered by InterContinental Shenzhen and Crowne Plaza Shenzhen.

7) In the case of losing the membership cards, is there any charge for applying a new one?
The members who have lost their membership cards could apply new ones at the front desks of any City Inn branches without any charges.

8) How do we deal with the rewards points of the lost membership cards?
Your rewards points and information would be transferred to your new card by us.
For your rights and securities, we suggest our guests to keep their membership cards carefully.

Miscellaneous:
1) How many branches of City Inn have been set up in China?
We have 17 City Inn direct branches and 2 franchise branches (City Inn the Windows of the World branch, and City Inn Dayawan branch) have been set up in China.

2) May I reserve a room for my friend using my account?
Sure. You could use your account to make a reservation for your friends, and still enjoy our discounts for members.

FAQs for reward points
1)How can I apply for Golden VIP membership?
When your reward points are accumulated up to 15000, your account would be up grade to our Golden VIP account.

2)How can I check my reward points?
1. You could call our toll free number: 4006309996.
2. You could check your reward points at the front desks of any City Inn branches.
3. You could visit our website www.octhotels.com and check your points online.

3)When can I check my reward points? In case of mistakes, how long would it take for adjustments?
Your points would be collected into your account within 24hrs after you check out from our hotel. For any adjustments, it is going to take 3-5 business days.

4)Will I still get reward points by paying for the hourly pay room or rooms at special prices?
You could still get reward points by paying for the hourly pay room, but not by paying for those rooms at special prices.

5)Do I need to make a reservation for free rooms which are exchanged by reward points?
If there are enough rooms at the specific hotel, you do not have to make a reservation. Please tell our receptions by the time you check out, you would take your room for free if there is no problems with the reward points in your account.
