Member bonus points
Consumption at our hotels is eligible for bonus points in a number of ways:

Bonus points are given to OCT Hotel Rewards members on a real-time base during their stay with our hotels: |

(For members with a total of over 15000 bonus points) |
| The same amount of bonus points is awarded for members booking rooms for others by means of the membership. |

| Bonus points for joint cardholders: |
A member may designate a joint cardholder when applying for the membership. The joint cardholder is eligible for the same bonus points for their consumption in our hotels. |
| Activity bonus points: |
Bonus points are also awarded for the participation of the members in our activities. Members are welcome to contribute their articles through post, the website or the reception desks, telling us your experiences during the stays with our hotels and giving your suggestions for the development of our hotels. One hundred bonus points will be awarded for each article chosen to be published at the website of the hotel or in any other means. |
| Proposal bonus points: |
Our members are encouraged to make proposals on improvement of our services through email, telephone, fax or the website, and 300 bonus points will be awarded for each adopted proposal. |
| Reward bonus points: |
100 original bonus points will be given to each member upon successful application for membership.
88 original bonus points will be given to each member upon check-in after booking online. |

Conversion of bonus points
OCT Hotel Rewards awards prizes for stay and service consumption at the hotels.
- How to convert your bonus points: 1 RMB yuan for each 15 bonus points.
- You can use your OCT Hotel Rewards bonus points at any of the hotels under our management for discount on your expenses of the stay, restaurant and other in-hotel services. You are also entitled to:
- Consumption at our hotels is eligible for simultaneous accumulation of bonus points which can be converted immediately into discount on your expenses.
- No non-conversion date is set.
- Conversion is confirmed immediately.
- You can convert your bonus points into services by any of the following means: Our website service center and receptions at our hotels.

The bonus point converted consumption is limited to the consumption items offerd for members by our hotels. (A member can settle the expenses by bonus points upon presentation of the membership card at the reception desk.)
Bonus points can be converted into payment on expenditure of the same amount but not into cash.
Joint cardholders are entitled to the same rights as those of members.

Purchase of bonus points
Members can purchase bonus points to increase the number of bonus points and upgrade the membership so as to enjoy more convenient bonus point conversion services, higher level of reserved service and preferential benefits, and to save your time for checkout and avoid trouble of taking cash.
The purchase is easy and fast. Please read the following before your purchase:
- The bonus points are purchased by 1000. The price decreases as the amount of your purchase increases.
For an amount of 1000-5000, RMB66 for each 1000 bonus points
For an amount of 6000-9000, RMB62.5 for each 1000 bonus points
For an amount of 10000-20000, RMB 58.8 for each 1000 bonus points
- The threshold of a purchase each time is 1000 bonus points and the maximum is 30000 bonus points.
- A member cannot purchase more than 60000 bonus points within 12 calendar months.
Transfer of bonus points
Such transfers are applicable only for golden card members of OCT Hotel Rewards. A golden card member of OCT Hotel Rewards may transfer any of his bonus points to the bonus point account of a member of any class. The threshold amount for transfer is 1000 and the maximum is 10000. |
